Payment & Cancellations

1. Booking fees

• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• It secures the date and the time of the appointment.
• A booking fee of £50 is required to secure the booking – it is not secure until this is paid.

2. No shows

• No-shows will be invoiced for the FULL amount of the missed appointment.

3. Cancellations

• I need a week’s notice to cancel, rearrange, or postpone an appointment. Otherwise, full payment will be expected before the appointment can be rebooked.

4. Patch tests

• You must have a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment. This can either be sent out in the post or collection.
• Patch tests must be done as soon as you receive them; otherwise, the pigment may dry out, and you will be charged £5 for another one.

5. Client declarations

• You must be over 18 years of age.
• Please state if you are on medication, as I may not be able to proceed with the appointment if you are on specific medication.

6. Avoid sun and water

• Please avoid sun and sun beds for two weeks before your appointment.
• Please avoid sun and sun beds for two weeks after your appointment.

7. Arriving at your appointment

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
